用二-(2-乙基己基)磷酸(P204)作萃取剂,研究了几种萃取因素对Mn(Ⅲ)萃取率的影响。结果表明,在较低温度下,以较高的萃取剂浓度,从含有醋酸的硫酸溶液中,能接近完全萃取Mn(Ⅲ)。室温下,用1mol/LP204的正庚烷溶液对002mol/LMn(Ⅲ)+45mol/LHAC+8mol/LH2SO4溶液进行等体积萃取,萃取率超过90%。红外光谱证实,Mn(Ⅲ)是通过P204与Mn(Ⅲ)的醋酸配体配位而被萃取的。
The effects of several extraction factors on the extraction rate of Mn (Ⅲ) were studied by using di (2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (P204) as extractant. The results show that Mn (Ⅲ) can be extracted almost completely from the sulfuric acid solution containing acetic acid at lower temperature with higher extractant concentration. At room temperature, an equal volume of 002mol / L Mn (Ⅲ) +45mol / LHAC + 8mol / LH2SO4 solution was extracted with 1mol / L LP20 n-heptane solution with the extraction rate over 90%. Infrared spectroscopy confirmed that Mn (Ⅲ) was extracted by coordination of P204 with Mn (Ⅲ) acetate ligand.
