江西省水利学会水利规划专业委员会于一九八四年十二月四日至六日在南昌市召开成立大会。参加大会的有各地(市)水利学会、大中专院校、省水利厅及省厅有关下属单位代表共28人。会议主要议程:①总结80～84年省水利规划学组工作;②选举省水利规划专业委员会委员;③进行学术交流;④初拟85年水利规划专业委员会活动计划与内容等。会上,由省水利学会理事,水利规划学组组长、省水利规划设计院付院长戴熙畴代表水利规划学组向代表们总结了三年多来水利规划学组的工作。三年多来本学组所开展的学术活动丰富多样,对我省水利水电规划工作起了推动作用。
The Water Conservancy Planning Committee of Jiangxi Provincial Institute of Hydraulic Engineering held a founding meeting in Nanchang City from December 4 to August 4, 1984. A total of 28 participants attended the conference from all local (municipal) Water Conservancy Institute, colleges and universities, provincial water conservancy department and ministries and agencies. The main agenda of the meeting: ① summarizes the provincial water conservancy planning group work 80 to 84 years; ② elects members of provincial water planning committee; ③ academic exchange; ④ initially proposed 85 years planning committee of water conservancy planning activities and content. At the meeting, the provincial Water Conservancy Society, water conservancy planning team leader, the provincial water conservancy planning and Design Institute Dai Xi domain on behalf of water conservancy planning group to the delegates summed up more than three years of water planning group work. In the past three years, the academic activities carried out by our group have varied and diversified, which played a catalytic role in the planning of hydropower and hydropower in our province.
