光学相干层析(OCT)是一种高分辨率、高灵敏度、无损伤的断层深度探测方法。搭建了一台手持式谱域光学相干层析(SDOCT)系统,对人体牙齿组织进行成像。介绍了手持式OCT探头设计。该手持式探头利用扫描振镜进行横向扫描,结构简单且十分紧凑,可以稳定地检测活体组织。利用该系统分别对离体牙齿和活体牙齿进行成像。通过实验结果可以清晰地看到活体牙齿的牙釉质、牙本质和釉质本质界面等组织,实现了高分辨率的断层成像。
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a high-resolution, high-sensitivity, non-destructive depth of field detection method. A handheld spectrum optical coherence tomography (SDOCT) system was set up to image human dental tissues. Introduced the handheld OCT probe design. The hand-held probe is scanned horizontally using a scanning galvanometer, making it simple and compact enough to detect living tissue stably. The system was used to image isolated teeth and living teeth respectively. Through the experimental results, we can clearly see the tissues such as enamel, dentin and enamel intrinsic interface of living teeth and achieve high-resolution tomography.
