目的:用HPLC测定壮阳祛风冲剂中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱,甲醇-1.5%冰乙酸(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:淫羊藿苷的线性范围为0.1～3μg,相关系数r=0.999 8,平均回收率99.19%。结论:该方法准确、简单,可用于壮阳祛风颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of icariin in impotence suppository by HPLC. Methods: The mobile phase was C18 column with methanol-1.5% glacial acetic acid (55:45). The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. Results: Icariin linear range of 0.1 ~ 3μg, the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 8, the average recovery rate of 99.19%. Conclusion: This method is accurate and simple and can be used for the determination of icariin in Zhuang Yang Qu Feng granules.
