试验采用三叶草(Trifolium repens L.)拌种的方式接种不同丛枝菌根真菌Glomus intraradices、Glomus mosseae和Glomus versiforme于黄冠/川梨(Pyrus pyrifolia(Burm.)Nakai/P.Pashia Buch.-Ham)成年梨树根部.结果表明:在接种不同菌剂的梨树根部的不同土层中,土壤微生物数量及养分含量存在差异,各土层大小顺序均表现出:细菌,放线菌,真菌,并且土壤微生物总数大小顺序表现为0~20,20~40和40~60cm.
The experiments were conducted on four arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus intraradices, Glomus mosseae and Glomus versiforme) in the treatment of Pyrus pyrifolia (Burm.) Nakai / P.Pashia Buch.-Ham ) Adult pear tree roots.The results showed that there were differences in the quantity and nutrient content of soil microorganisms in different soil layers of pear roots inoculated with different fungicides.The order of the soil layers was bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi, The order of the total number of soil microorganisms was 0-20, 20-40 and 40-60 cm.
