采用共轭梯度法 ( CG)求解动量方程及连续性方程。体积函数法 ( VOF)处理自由表面 ,模拟了薄板件的反重力充型形态 ,考察了壁厚、浇口结构及数量对充型形态的影响。研究表明 ,壁厚越小 ,越倾向于正向充填 ,自然满足了薄壁件快速平稳充型的要求 ;扩展内浇口可使正向充填倾向加强 ,从而提高液面稳定性 ,并可改善温度分布 ;多内浇口对充型形态也有一定改善作用
The conjugate gradient method (CG) is used to solve the momentum and continuity equations. Volumetric function method (VOF) was used to treat the free surface. The anti-gravity filling shape of thin plate was simulated. The effects of wall thickness, gate structure and number on the filling morphology were investigated. The research shows that the smaller the wall thickness, the more inclined to the positive filling, natural to meet the requirements of the rapid and steady filling of thin-walled parts; expansion of the gate can be forward filling tendencies to enhance, thus improving the liquid level stability, and can improve Temperature distribution; multi-gate on the filling shape also has some improvement
