“Weapons” and “Peace” seem to be an extremely polar contradiction: As long as mankind is still obsessed with the development of sophisticated weapons, lasting peace may never be forever; however, the escort of weapons is left behind. Can the country really float the sunshine of peace? Therefore, weapons and peace are philosophical problems that are both antagonistic and unified. Superweapons can easily push mankind to no return, but at the same time, superweapons can also make mankind more sensible and more restrained, which will help various power groups in the world to resolve their differences through negotiations. So Pascal said: “Just no force is incompetence, justice is no tyranny.” Weigtitus said: “If you want peace, you must prepare for war.”
