以IPC为硬件平台,研制了具有标准PC总线接口的智能型主控板,利用位置调节器和速度调节器构成了半闭环伺服控制系统。上位机IPC与智能型主控板构成主从结构,以中断为握手方式进行总线通信。系统由IPC向主控板发出指令,由主控板根据指令要求进行伺服控制完成指令动作,并将工作状态信息反馈回IPC。经试验,该系统满足数控校直机床的控制要求。
Taking IPC as the hardware platform, an intelligent main control board with a standard PC bus interface is developed. The semi-closed loop servo control system is formed by the position regulator and the speed regulator. IPC and intelligent main control board constitute master-slave structure, to interrupt the way for the handshake bus communication. The system sends an order from the IPC to the main control board, and the main control board performs servo control to complete the instruction action according to the instruction requirements and feeds back the working status information back to the IPC. After testing, the system meets the control requirements of CNC machine tools.
