用东乡伊蚊胸肌作为组织来源建立了东乡伊蚊胸肌细胞系,命名为Aeto—410。细胞生长最适宜的环境:TCl99加20％灭活新生小牛血清,pH7.0～7.5。传代培养,分种率为1∶2或1∶3,若细胞量为2.4×10~5个/ml,到第7～10天可基本形成单层细胞。目前细胞传至第10代。细胞系主要由梭形、圆形、双核形3种细胞组成。细胞对数期二倍增长时间为25.25小时。细胞系以二倍体为主(zn=6)。细胞系可以保存于-196℃的液氮中,在4℃冰箱亦可保存15天。
