Clinical practice has shown that Huayu Jiangzhi Tea has lipid-lowering and viscosity-reducing effects on the blood and can prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Yujin and Salvia miltiorrhiza are the main components, and curcumin and protocatechuic aldehyde are the main active components of the two. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the tea, the two components were used as indexes to formulate a thin layer chromatography for the qualitative detection of turmeric and salvia miltiorrhiza. On this basis, a thin layer scanner
