研究了Ti(C,N)的粒度和组成对脱β层梯度硬质合金性能和组织结构的影响。结果表明,Ti(C,N)粒度范围位于1.5μm~3.0μm之间和碳氮质量比控制为1∶1最有利于梯度硬质合金脱β层的形成。
The effects of grain size and composition of Ti (C, N) on the properties and microstructure of descrossed β-layered hardmetals were studied. The results show that the Ti (C, N) particle size range of 1.5μm ~ 3.0μm and the mass ratio of carbon to nitrogen of 1: 1 is the most conducive to the formation of β-layer of gradient cemented carbide.
