近10年来剖宫产率在逐年上升。可是20多年前当产妇发生难产,医生决定采用剖宫产而征求产妇和家属意见时,常常遭到拒绝,他们甚至明确表示:“小孩死了,可以再生,大人不能开刀。”所以当时剖宫产只占分娩总数的2～4%;而现在却不同了,剖宫产率上升到16%,有些医院甚至更高些。产生这种现象的原因是多方面的,一方面现在医疗水平提高了,手术的安全性增加,病家对手术的恐惧心理减
Cesarean section rate in recent 10 years is increasing year by year.
