无机增强剂主要通过物理作用改善橡胶的加工性能和力学性能,因此无机增强剂(以下称增强剂)的形态直接影响其在橡胶中的增强效果。本文综述了橡胶增强材料三要素:粒径、表面活性和结构对增强效果的影响,以及更好地实现这三要素在增强过程中的功能可以采取的物理或化学方法,最后总结了近五年高分子类增强材料的发展状况。分析认为增强剂/橡胶一体化方向值得研究者更多的关注,并可以通过原位杂化、活性聚合等手段丰富实现一体化的方法。
Inorganic enhancers mainly improve the processability and mechanical properties of rubber through physical effects. Therefore, the morphology of the inorganic reinforcing agent (hereinafter referred to as reinforcing agent) directly affects the reinforcing effect in the rubber. This article reviews the three elements of rubber reinforcements: the effect of particle size, surface activity and structure on the enhancement effect, and the physical or chemical methods that can be taken to better fulfill the function of these three elements in the enhancement process. It is considered that researchers should pay more attention to the direction of enhancer / rubber integration and enrich the integration method through in situ hybridization and living polymerization.
