本实验采用yaksh等(1976)建立的家兔脊髓蛛网膜下腔套管埋植法和Sawyer家兔脑定位法分别在脊髓蛛网膜下腔和侧脑室埋植套管。分别灌注去甲肾上腺素及其阻断剂观察对家兔动脉血压的影响,以研究脊髓内肾上腺素能受体的特性及其作用问题。实验结果表明,去甲肾上腺素对脊髓的作用与高位脑不同,前者引起升压反应,后者产生降压作用;同时也观察到药物对中枢作用与外周不同,是否有其特异性仅作了初步探讨。
In this experiment, yaksh et al. (1976) established rabbit spinal cord subarachnoid cannula implantation and Sawyer rabbit brain localization method in the spinal cord subarachnoid and lateral ventricle implantation casing.
