树突状细胞(DC)是机体内最强大的抗原递呈细胞,具有诱导特异性的细胞毒性T淋巴细胞生成的特殊功能。随着肿瘤学、免疫学及分子生物学的进步,人们对DC的认识不断深入。大量研究表明,DC在调控机体的免疫应答以及抗肿瘤过程中具有至关重要的作用。以DC为基础的肿瘤免疫治疗以及DC疫苗等方面在临床应用取得显著进展,其作为肿瘤治疗手段展示了良好的应用前景。
Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most powerful antigen presenting cells in the body and have the specific function of inducing specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte production. With the progress of oncology, immunology and molecular biology, people’s understanding of DC continues to deepen. A large number of studies have shown that DC plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune response and antitumor activity. DC-based tumor immunotherapy and DC vaccines and other aspects of the significant progress made in clinical applications as a means of cancer treatment has shown a good prospect.
