本文报告了1974年末至1975年初美国田纳西州流行性感冒流行期间四例流感患者出现急性肾功能衰竭的并发症,并对肾功能衰竭发生的机理及有关因素加以分析。 4例患者有3例女性,1例男性。年龄最小26岁,最大47岁,平均为33.5岁。这些患者以呼吸道感染起病,嗣后病情都很危重,出现严重的呼吸衰竭、缺氧,以致需要人工辅助呼吸。4例过去均无肾病史,而于此次患病后不久发生急性肾功能衰竭。3例于入院时已处于少尿期并有尿毒症,血尿素氮及肌酐定量均显著升高。1例入院时肾功能正常,但在出现播散
This article reports the complication of acute renal failure in four flu patients during the influenza epidemic in Tennessee in the United States from late 1974 to early 1975 and analyzes the underlying mechanisms of renal failure and the associated factors. Four patients had three women and one male. The youngest 26 years old, the oldest 47 years old, with an average of 33.5 years old. The onset of these patients with respiratory tract infection, subsequent illness are critically ill, severe respiratory failure, hypoxia, which requires artificial assisted breathing. None of the 4 patients had a history of nephropathy in the past, and acute renal failure occurred shortly after the illness. Three patients were already in the period of oliguria and had uremia at admission, and the blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were significantly increased. 1 case of normal renal function at admission, but in the event of dissemination
