噻唑偶氮试剂是分析化学中常用的一大类显色剂。由于这类显色剂不仅具有良好的金属生色性,而且较易合成、产率高、易提纯,因此它的品种发展较快。据统计,到目前为止,已有170余种。邓新鉴、Hovind、王修林等曾对此类试剂作过综述。在对迄今为止有关噻唑偶氮试剂的文献调研基础上,我们合成了一种新的噻唑偶氮显色剂:2-(4,5-二甲基-2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙胺基酚(简称DMTAE),并对该试剂进行了分析鉴定及其某些性能进行了初步试验。
Thiazole azo reagent is commonly used in analytical chemistry a large class of developers. Because of this type of developer not only has good metal color, but also easier to synthesize, high yield, easy to purify, so its varieties developed rapidly. According to statistics, so far, there are more than 170 species. Deng Xinjian, Hovind, Wang Xiu-lin had reviewed such reagents. Based on the literature review on thiazolylazoamines to date, we have synthesized a novel thiazole azo chromogenic reagent: 2- (4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolylazo) -5-bis Ethylamine phenol (referred to as DMTAE), and the reagent was analyzed and identified some of its properties were initially tested.
