近几年文献报告,在各种肿瘤时血清铁蛋白(SF)水平增高,作者为探讨小儿SF含量是否可做为某些恶性肿瘤的标志,对151例小儿进行了SF含量测定(放射免疫法,单位mg/L),其中120例为各种恶性肿瘤(35例淋巴肉芽肿,LGM;30例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤,NHL;30例肾胚胎瘤;25例各种实质性肿瘤),15例良性淋巴增殖性疾病(反应性淋巴结炎、淋巴结病),16例7个月~13岁健康儿童为对照组。治疗前SF检查结果对照组为46.20±13.83,
In recent years, the literature reports that the level of serum ferritin (SF) is increased in various tumors. The authors investigated whether SF in children can be used as a marker for certain malignant tumors. The SF content was measured in 151 children (radioimmunoassay). (unit: mg/L), including 120 cases of various malignant tumors (35 cases of lymphogranuloma, LGM; 30 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, NHL; 30 cases of renal embryonoma; 25 cases of various solid tumors) Of the 15 patients, benign lymphoproliferative disorders (reactive lymphadenitis, lymphadenopathy) and 16 healthy children aged 7 months to 13 years were used as controls. The SF test results before treatment were 46.20±13.83 in the control group.
