采用有氧健身操和全面身体锻炼运动处方,指导22位中年女科教人员进行8周锻炼,并测定比较了其锻炼前后体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、安静时心率和血压及中国成人体质测定规定的8项指标。结果表明,运动强度较低、持续时间较长的健美操锻炼获得的增强心肺功能的效果和使BMI、WHR下降的幅度大于强度较高、耐力运动持续时间较短的全面身体锻炼。中年女性的力量、柔韧素质具有可训练性,反映平衡能力的闭眼单足站立指标对训练具有明显的专一性。
Adopting aerobics and full-time physical exercise prescriptions, 22 middle-aged female science teachers were instructed for 8 weeks of exercise.
