目的:探讨正畸加载时机和持续时间对自体移植牙牙周修复预后的影响。方法:选择12只比格犬,随机分为4组,每组3只,每犬选择4颗第1前磨牙进行自体移植,分别于自体牙移植手术后的第2、4、8、12周进行正畸加载,持续时间分别为1、2、4周,对其第1前磨牙牙周组织进行研究,检测牙根吸收率,分析其牙周组织的恢复情况。结果:实验组正畸加载自体移植牙牙根吸收率明显低于对照组无正畸加载自体移植牙牙根吸收率,差异显著,具统计学意义,不同加载时机与持续时间对自体移植牙牙根吸收率的影响无明显差异,不具统计学意义,但此2个因素存在交互作用。结论:正畸力加载能够有效改善自体移植牙牙根吸收状况和牙周组织,但正畸加载时间和持续时间对自体移植牙吸收率的影响不够明显,自体牙移植4周后进行正畸加载,持续2周对改善自体移植牙牙周组织具有最为明显的效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of timing and duration of orthodontic loading on the prognosis of autografts after periodontal restoration. Methods: Twelve Beagle dogs were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 rats in each group. Four dogs per dog were selected for autografting. At the 2nd, 4th, 8th and 12th week after autologous dental transplantation, Orthodontic loading was performed for 1, 2 and 4 weeks. The periodontal tissues of the first premolar were studied. The root resorption rate was detected and the periodontal tissue recovery was analyzed. Results: The root resorption rate of autograft transplanted tooth in experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group without orthodontic loading autografting tooth root resorption rate, with significant difference, with statistical significance, different loading time and duration of root autotransplantation root resorption rate No significant difference, no statistical significance, but there is interaction between these two factors. CONCLUSION: Orthodontic force can effectively improve root resorption and periodontal tissues of autograft, but the effect of orthodontic loading time and duration on the rate of autotransplanted tooth is not obvious. Four weeks after autotransplantation, orthodontic loading is performed, Continuous 2 weeks to improve autologous transplantation periodontal tissue has the most obvious effect.
