M7130型平面磨床没有砂轮座垂直进给机动升降机构,完全靠手轮升降,劳动强度大,辅助时间长。为此我们利用磨床立柱内的空隙,装上了简易的砂轮座机动升降机构,使用效果较好,并不破坏原机床任何部件。机动升降机构的传动系统如图1。马达通过一对齿轮和小链轮、大链轮,再通过传动块等带动磨床手轮轴,实现砂轮座自动升降。大链轮的结构如图2所示。机动升降时,先转动磨床手轮,通过手轮轴、衬套使传动轴套上的缺口向上。然后间断地开动电钮,使大轮点动。当大链轮上的槽口正好对准传动轴
