随着中国的支付清算网络体系相对完善，网上支付跨行清算系统在我国全面启动，对支付机构跨行清算业务的发展起到了巨大的促进作用。下面笔者将结合支付机构跨行清算方面存在的一些问题，提出相关的政策建议。
