8月23日,当今年第十一号台风“南玛都”在菲律宾以东海面蠢蠢欲动时,笔者正在上海参加“中日东海问题研讨会”。按照日程安排,部分与会者将在会后乘中国海监船舶,前往位于东海的春晓油气田进行实地考察,以了解中日东海争议的具体情况。春晓油气田距上海东南500公里,海监船大约要行驶十三四个小时才能到达。天黑之后,我们一行在外高桥码头登上了“海监51”船,第一次迎着台风出海,心中不免忐忑。东海为中国的三大边缘海之一,泛指中国东部
On August 23, when Typhoon No. 1 and Nanmaodu of this year were ready to go to the east of the Philippines, I was attending the Seminar on Sino-Japanese East China Sea in Shanghai. According to the schedule, some participants will take a Chinese maritime surveillance ship after the meeting and go to Chunxiao Oil and Gas Field in the East China Sea for a field visit to understand the specifics of the dispute over the East China Sea between China and Japan. Chunxiao oil and gas field is 500 kilometers southeast of Shanghai, and the sea surveillance ship takes about 13 to 24 hours to reach.
