目的:总结影响成人个别前牙错进行桩冠修复的因素。方法:选取22例成人个别前牙错修复病例,进行铸造桩核修复治疗,修复后进行疗效评估,随访观察1～2年。结果:修复后22例患者对修复效果满意,牙列恢复整齐美观,与邻牙、对颌牙及患者面部关系协调。结论:成人个别前牙错病例进行冠修复治疗中,适应症的选择、修复效果的估计、桩核的预备等均为关键性因素。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the factors that affect the restoration of post crown of the individual anterior teeth. Methods: Twenty-two cases of adult anterior tooth malocclusion were selected for repair of post-cast post-and-core nuclei. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after repair. The patients were followed up for 1 to 2 years. Results: After the repair, 22 patients were satisfied with the restoration effect, the dentition was neat and neat, and its coordination with the adjacent teeth, the maxillary teeth and the face of the patient. CONCLUSIONS: In the individual cases of anterior fractures of adult anterior teeth, the choice of indications, the estimation of the repair effect and the preparation of post-core nuclei are the key factors.
