本试经采用MS(1962)培养基为基本培养基,添加激素种类有BA和NAA。叶片培养、诱芽与增殖所需要的激素浓度较茎尖、花蕾等外植体要高,试验结果以BA 3—5 mg/l,NAA 2 mg/l为好。

本试经采用MS(1962)培养基为基本培养基,添加激素种类有BA和NAA。叶片培养、诱芽与增殖所需要的激素浓度较茎尖、花蕾等外植体要高,试验结果以BA 3—5 mg/l,NAA 2 mg/l为好。试管苗生根培养较易,以1/4MS+NAA 0.1mg/l为好。叶片的不同部位,以裂尖的诱芽效果最为显著,中脉部位次之,叶片基部最差。此外,不同品种间的培养效应差异,其难易程度基本和常规繁殖时的反应相同。
The trial using MS (1962) medium as the basic medium, adding hormone species BA and NAA. The concentration of hormone required for leaf culture, budding and proliferation was higher than that of explants such as shoot tips and buds. The results were good for BA 3-5 mg / l and NAA 2 mg / l. Tissue culture seedling rooting easier to 1 / 4MS + NAA 0.1mg / l as well. The different parts of the leaves to crack tip of the most effective sprouting, followed by the midrib, leaves the worst base. In addition, the differences in culturing effects among different cultivars are similar to those of conventional breeding.
