由于在工业生产中电动(气动)扭矩扳子的广泛使用,所以对其校准技术的研究具有十分重要的意义。目前我国还没有制定专门针对电动(气动)扭矩板子的检定规程或校准规范,电动(气动)扭矩板子的检定/校准一般参照JJG 707-2003《扭矩板子检定规程》进行,但由于电动(气动)扭矩扳子和传统的手动扭矩扳子驱动方式的不同,使得两者的校准过程存在较大的区别,针对在电动(气动)扭矩扳子校准时应注意的问题做了简要阐述。 Due to the widespread use of electric (pneumatic) torque wrenches in industrial production, the study of its calibration technology is of great importance. At present, China has not yet formulated a verification or calibration specification specifically for the electric (pneumatic) torque board. The verification / calibration of the electric (pneumatic) torque board is generally performed according to JJG 707-2003 “Torsion Board Verification Protocol” The difference between the torque wrench and the traditional manual torque wrench driving method makes the two calibration processes have a big difference, and briefly explains the problems that should be paid attention to when calibrating the electric (pneumatic) torque wrench.
