我厂大量轴承系黄铜保持架生锈,即保持架表面产生了不同程度的棕红色或灰绿色腐蚀产物。欲使除锈后的轴承仍能保持精度不受损害,可采用化学除锈法,因为它基本不改变轴承尺寸公差,或改变甚微而仍在国家标准规定范围之内。所用除锈溶液应不腐蚀钢铁基体,或腐蚀极其微小,但又能迅速除去保持架上的锈蚀产物。我们根据兄弟单位所介绍的化学除锈法进行了选择性试验,义在五四研究所的协助下进行了除锈后轴承的耐腐蚀性能测试,确定了一种较为合理的工艺,介绍供参考。
