武汉钢铁设计研究院与武汉钢铁公司密切合作,为武钢第二炼钢厂研制了一套微型计算机,用以控制转炉复合吹炼底吹供气系统,已于1986年11月13日在三号氧气转炉上一次热试成功。这是我国LBE法首次采用微机控制复吹转炉的底吹供气系统。武汉钢铁设计研究院设计的底吹供气系统,采用程序控制复吹转炉底吹供气,设定的流量控制范围可达以前的10倍。它能够按照熔池钢液化学元素的反应需要,按程序供给不同的底吹供气强度。
