建立了固相膜萃取-气相色谱/质谱法测定水中氟乐灵、莠去津和乙草胺3种除草剂的分析方法。水样经C_(18)固相萃取膜萃取后,用正己烷洗脱。采用DB-5MS毛细柱分离。在选择离子扫描(SIM)模式下测定,外标法定量。结果表明,3种除草剂在0.02~1.0 mg/L浓度范围内,均呈较好的线性关系,r>0.999,方法的检出限为0.06~0.11μg/L。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,平均回收率为89.8%~114.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~5.4%。
An analytical method was established for the determination of trifluralin, atrazine and acetochlor in water by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry with solid-phase membrane extraction. The water samples were extracted with C 18 solid phase extraction membrane and eluted with n-hexane. Using DB-5MS capillary column separation. The results showed that the three herbicides showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.02-1.0 mg / L with r> 0.999, and the detection limit was 0.06-0.11 μg / L.
