在机关工作,必须有比较过硬的写作基本功,从某种意义上讲,机关工作就是搞文字工作。无论上情下达,下情上报,交流情况,推广经验,都离不开文字写作,都离不开必要的公文,因此,提高文字写作能力非常重要。那么,现今公文写作中,存在哪些问题呢?从接触到的一些公文和实际工作中体会,我感到目前公文写作中通常容易犯以下五个毛病:一是空。就是没有什么实际内容,管用的、操作性的东西不多。我们有些公文不是为解决问题而写公文,
