在实验室模拟高炉条件下对全钒钛球团和四种普通球团的软熔性能指标进行测定,分析全钒钛球团与普通球团在软熔过程中产生的差异。研究结果表明:全钒钛球团软化、熔融、滴落温度较高,最大压差和特性值低;全钒钛球团软熔性能优于普通球团并且全钒钛球团具有较强的抗变形能力。全钒钛球团在高炉中的应用情况与实验室全钒钛球团软熔试验结果一致。
The soft melting properties of all vanadium-titanium pellets and four ordinary pellets were tested under simulated blast furnace conditions in laboratory. The differences between the total vanadium-titanium pellets and ordinary pellets during the reflow process were analyzed. The results show that the all-vanadium-titanium pellets soften, melt and drip-off temperature is higher, the maximum pressure drop and the characteristic value are lower. The properties of all-vanadium-titanium pellets are better than that of normal pellets and the vanadium- Anti-deformation ability. The application of all-vanadium-titanium pellets in the blast furnace is consistent with that of the laboratory vanadium-titanium pellets.
