“十年树木,百年育人。”教书育人决非一日之功。目前,学校德育不同程度上都有“大而空”之嫌,缺少具体要求,不符合学生的年龄特点和认知规律。显然,这样的教育也只能是生硬的说教,没有实效性。俗话说:“授之以鱼,不如授之以渔。”教书育人是教师的天职。在课堂教学中,如何使学生既学到知识培养技能,又能使情感态度与价值观得到升华,已经是每一个教育工作者研究的重要课题。
“Ten years of trees, a hundred years of education.” Teaching and educating people is by no means the same day. At present, moral education at schools has “big and empty” suspicions to varying degrees, lacking specific requirements and not in conformity with the age characteristics and cognitive rules of students. Obviously, this kind of education can only be blunt preaching, there is no actual effect. As the saying goes: “granted to the fish, it is better to grant the fishing. ” Teaching and educating people is the vocation of the teacher. In classroom teaching, how to make students not only learn knowledge to develop skills, but also make emotional attitudes and values to be sublimated, is already an important issue for every educator.
