扬州市首个“劳模团队创新工作室”在法院成立。该“劳模团队创新工作室”由1名省劳模、1名市劳模、3名区劳模组成,是一个以劳模为品牌,以开展创新创优活动为主要目标的先进工作者团队。劳模团队工作室设立了专门的章程、管理制度,设计了logo,配备了办公场所、热线电话,并有专人值守。他们坚持“五牵手五促进”原则,即与企业牵手促发展,与残疾人牵手促和谐,与失足青年牵手促稳定,与青年法官牵手促提升,与贫困学生牵手促成长,分别由劳模与牵手对象签订结对协议书。
