曾一度被简单地认为是无尽能源的水资源,现在看来与其他资源一样是有限的。现在世界各地电力生产行业所共同关心的问题是靠提高已有电站的效率来有效地利用有限资源。本文的目的在于探讨一种尽可能充分利用水力特性的方法,也即水轮机的实时效率测量。一座水电厂有十台机组,但可能只用五台即可满足要求,使用哪五台机组将由电厂运行人员决定,实时效率测量会有助于运行人员做出这种决定。
Water, once considered simply an endless source of energy, now appears as limited as any other resource. At present, the common concern in the power generation industry around the world is to utilize the limited resources effectively by increasing the efficiency of existing power plants. The purpose of this paper is to explore a method that maximizes the use of hydraulic properties, that is, real-time turbine efficiency measurement. A hydropower plant has ten units, but may use only five to meet the requirements. Which of the five units will be used will be decided by the plant operator. Real-time efficiency measurements will help operators make this decision.
