[目的]进一步完善卵蛋白构建大鼠哮喘模型的方法。[方法]双次腹腔加皮下注射0VA,或腹腔注射生理盐水致敏、连续6次呼吸道雾化吸入0VA或生理盐水诱导气道变应性炎症。[结果]生理盐水腹腔注射加雾化吸入也能够引起大鼠气道的炎症细胞浸润,并使大鼠气道重塑,引致其支气管壁、平滑肌厚度增加。[结论]生理盐水能够诱导大鼠气道过敏性炎症,大鼠哮喘模型空白对照组设置应增加完全空白对照组。
[Objective] To further improve the method of constructing rat asthma model by ovalbumin. [Method] Double intraperitoneal and subcutaneous injection of 0VA or sensitized by intraperitoneal injection of normal saline, aerosol inhalation of 0VA or saline for 6 consecutive times induced airway allergic inflammation. [Result] Inhalation of saline by intraperitoneal injection plus inhalation also induced infiltration of inflammatory cells in rat airway and remodeled airway in rats, resulting in increased bronchial wall and smooth muscle thickness. [Conclusion] Saline can induce allergic airway inflammation in rats, while blank control group should be added to control group.
