近年来,竞技体育飞速发展,高校在对其学生进行训练时,负荷不断增加,几乎要达到了人体的生理极限,不当的训练方法也增加了过度训练的发生率。对过度训练的发生原理进行深入的探究,并运用有效合理的防治手段,不仅有在体育学生身体机能恢复方面有利,而且还有助于提高学生成绩。本文从过度训练的定义以及其引起的症状入手,剖析了其产生的原因等,并且就其危害进行了分析。从这些方面出发,对其防治措施及体育教学时的改进提出了很好的应对对策。
In recent years, the rapid development of competitive sports, colleges and universities in the training of their students, the load continues to increase, almost to reach the physiological limits of the human body, improper training methods also increased the incidence of over-training. In-depth exploration of the principle of over-training, and the use of effective and reasonable means of prevention and control, not only in the physical function of physical education students to restore beneficial, but also help to improve student achievement. This article starts with the definition of over-training and the symptoms it causes, analyzes its causes and so on, and analyzes its harm. From these aspects, we put forward a good response to the prevention and control measures and the improvement of PE teaching.
