国有铁路货车保有量约为50万辆,其中装用转8A型转向架的货车占80%以上,构造速度普遍在100公里/小时以下。受特定历史时期多种因素的影响,这部分货车技术构造和质量问题比较突出,对确保运输安全、满足铁路提速战略要求、提高运输效率和货车技术进步等形成制约。我国铁路在客货车混跑、运能紧张的情况下,既要考虑提速,又要兼顾重载。因此,对既有货车实施提速改造势在必行。
The number of state-owned railway trucks is about 500,000, of which 80% are trucks equipped with Zhuan 8A bogies, and the construction speed is generally below 100 km / h. Affected by a variety of factors in a particular historical period, the technology and quality of this part of freight wagons are quite prominent. Constraints have been made on ensuring transportation safety, meeting railway speed-raising strategic requirements, improving transport efficiency and truck technology progress. In the case of China’s railways running in mixed vans and trucks, it is necessary to consider both speed-raising and overloading. Therefore, it is imperative to speed up the renovation of existing trucks.
