目的采用Delphi专家咨询法建立职业场所慢性病综合防治评价指标体系,为进一步完善职业场所慢性病综合防治工作提供科学的评价。方法通过文献回顾、试点经验总结形成职业场所慢性病综合防治评价条目的雏形,选取20名健康促进企业和专业技术部门专家组成专家小组,进行2轮Delphi专家咨询。采用SPSS 17.0进行数据处理,应用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标的权重,采用Cronbach’sα测量指标信度。运用方便抽样法抽取31家不同性质企事业单位,采用现场评估对样本单位开展慢性病综合防治工作情况进行调查。结果 2轮专家函询回收率为100%,6项一级指标和总量表专家权威系数均大于0.80,两轮一级指标和总量表专家协调系数(W)在0.121~0.593之间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),AHP结果显示,量表中一级指标权重系数分别为0.364、0.083、0.224、0.123、0.123和0.083,总量表的内部一致性系数Cronbach’sα为0.847。经对部分不同性质企事业开展的评估,结果显示,不同性质单位在健康环境营造、健康知识传播、自我管理以及总体得分方面,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在健康机制、健康行为和健康趋势跟踪方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论职业场所慢性病综合防治评价量表具有较高的信度,可作为评价企业开展慢性病综合防治工作的工具。
Objective To establish an evaluation index system for comprehensive prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in occupational settings by adopting Delphi expert consultation method, and to provide a scientific evaluation for further improving the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases in occupational settings. Methods Through the review of the literature, the pilot experiences were summarized to form the prototype of comprehensive prevention and control evaluation items for chronic occupational occupational diseases. Twenty experts from health promotion enterprises and specialized technical departments were selected to make 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation. SPSS 17.0 was used to process the data, AHP was used to determine the weight of the index, and Cronbach’s alpha was used to measure the reliability of the index. 31 samples of enterprises and institutions of different nature were extracted by means of convenient sampling method and the situation of comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases was investigated by on-site evaluation. Results The response rate of two rounds of expert questionnaires was 100%. The six first-level indicators and experts’ authority coefficient of the total scale were both greater than 0.80. The coordination coefficients (W) of the two rounds of first-level indicators and the total scale experts ranged from 0.121 to 0.593, (P <0.05). The AHP results showed that the weight coefficients of the first-level indicators in the scale were 0.364, 0.083, 0.224, 0.123, 0.123 and 0.083 respectively. The internal consistency coefficient Cronbach’s α of the total scale was 0.847 . The evaluation of some enterprises and institutions of different nature showed that there were significant differences in the establishment of healthy environment, health knowledge dissemination, self-management and overall score between different types of entities (P <0.05). In the aspects of health mechanism, health There was no significant difference in behavioral and health trend tracking (P> 0.05). Conclusion The occupational setting chronic disease comprehensive prevention and control evaluation scale has a high reliability and can be used as a tool to evaluate the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases.
