为确定高铬铸铁构件在高温下安全使用范围,采用增重法研究了Cr26高铬铸铁在900~1200℃下的氧化动力学,利用XRD、SEM和EDS对该种合金经900~1200℃×100 h恒温氧化后的氧化膜的微观形貌、相组成及其抗氧化机理进行了分析研究。结果表明:Cr26高铬铸铁在1000~1200℃下的氧化动力学表明,随温度升高,时间延长,氧化速度加剧且氧化膜层状剥落,不抗氧化;900℃下,表面形成了完整的保护膜,且无剥落,氧化速度明显降低,抗氧化性能好。
The oxidation kinetics of Cr26 high chromium cast iron at 900-1200 ℃ was studied by using the weight gain method to determine the safe use of high chromium cast iron at high temperatures. The oxidation kinetics of the Cr26 high chromium cast iron at 900-1200 ℃ was studied by XRD, SEM and EDS. The morphology, phase composition and oxidation mechanism of the oxide film after 100 h thermostatic oxidation were analyzed. The results show that the oxidation kinetics of Cr26 high chromium cast iron at 1000-1200 ℃ shows that with the increase of temperature and time, the oxidation rate is exacerbated and the oxide film is exfoliated and not oxidized. At 900 ℃, the surface forms a complete Protective film, and no flaking, the oxidation rate was significantly reduced, good oxidation resistance.
