目的:探讨运动试验ST-T变化与心脏良性变异的关系。方法:回顾性分析60例心电图呈ST-T抬高的无器质性病变患者运动平板实验结果,并结合640CT结果,分析引起ST-T改变的原因。结果:运动平板实验中ST回降至等电位线组,肌桥发生率明显小于运动平板ST未回落至等电位线组。结论:心电图有过早复极表现的不能轻易诊断过早复极,有很多的是心肌桥或其它因素引起,运动实验可以初步排查有过早复极表现的心肌桥患者。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between exercise ST-T changes and benign cardiac changes. Methods: The results of treadmill exercise test in 60 patients with ST-T elevation without ECG were retrospectively analyzed. The causes of ST-T changes were analyzed with 640CT. Results: In treadmill exercise test, ST dropped back to equipotential line group, and the incidence of muscle bridge was significantly lower than that of treadmill ST without falling to equipotential line. CONCLUSION: ECG with premature repolarization can not be easily diagnosed premature repolarization, many of them are caused by myocardial bridge or other factors. Exercise test can be used to preliminarily investigate myocardial bridge patients with premature repolarization.
