合作学习作为对传统教学组织形式的一种突破和补充,已经被教师越来越广泛地运用于以学生发展为本的课堂教学之中,这也是新一轮课程改革所倡导的自主、探索与合作的学习方式。这种学习方式促进了学生在教师的指导下主动地、富有个性地学习。如何有效地组织学生开展合作学习,自然而然地也就成为目前普遍关注的热点问题。为此,在新课程理念的引领下,有必要对以下几个问题做一些探讨。
