分析了枯萎病病原菌侵染西瓜后幼苗叶片和根茎部组织中木质素与富含羟脯氨酸糖蛋白(HRGP)含量及其形成的相关酶一过氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性变化。结果表明:木质素与HRGP含量、POD与PAL活性,随病菌的侵染在抗感品种体内均有不同程度地提高,但抗病品种的增加幅度明显高于感病品种。说明上述反应在西瓜枯萎病抗性中起重要作用。
The contents of lignin and hydroxyproline-rich glycoprotein (HRGP) and their related enzymes, such as peroxidase (POD) and phenylalanine, were analyzed in the leaves and rhizome tissues of Fusarium oxysporum f. Aminase (PAL) activity changes. The results showed that the lignin, HRGP content, POD and PAL activity increased with the infection of pathogenic bacteria in resistant varieties to varying degrees, but the increasing range of resistant varieties was significantly higher than that of susceptible varieties. This indicated that the above reaction played an important role in the resistance of Fusarium wilt to watermelon.
