说说我们的“交叉组织生活”

大学里,不少党支部书记反映,一些本科生党员对组织生活中安排政治理论学习的积极性不高。这除了他们自身对政治学习的认识不足,入党后存在懈怠心理以及党性不强等主观原因外,客观上也有我们组织理论学习的方式简单、效率不高的原因。其中一个明显的问题是同一党支部学生党员的理论水平相近,难以做到互相指导、共同提高。特别是低年级党支部党员少,组织活动安排学习缺少气氛。针对这些实际问题,我们提出并尝试了“全系党建资源统筹运用、本科生党支部交叉组织生活”的方式。我系有5个本科生党支部,交叉组织生活就是把每个支部的成员分成5组,过组织生活时,每个支部只保留本支部党员的1/5,其余的来自另外四个支部,形成一个“混合支部”。活动主题根据各支部提出的候选题目协商拟定,提前两周通告党员做准备。学习讨论会上要求每位党员都发言,主持人(一般是支部书记)记录并在最后给每一位党员评分,评分结果与党员见面。质量高的发言可以整理成篇,在系或年级的刊物上发表。这种活动方式效果比较好。增进了各年级党员之间的认识和了解。党员们大多数是系、班级的干部,他们之间的信任与了解,自然会促进 In the university, many Party branch secretaries reflect that some undergraduate party members are not enthusiastic about arranging political theory study in organizational life.
