从目前我国高速公路服务区的整体布局构架上分析,国内服务区缺少品牌类型业态已经成为不容忽视的问题。服务区想要拉动自身经济增长点,除了对公益化设施不断完善,还需引入相当数量的品牌产品。而未经品牌业态策划就提前开展工程设计,会造成资源浪费,拖延工期,且难以达到布局清晰的理想效果。那么,服务区的品牌业态策划应该如何与工程协同设计呢?鉴于种种客观原因,两者无法同步进行时,又应该如何应对?江苏省的高速公路服务区给出了可参考的经验。
