观察灵芝合剂是否能拮抗环磷酰胺的毒副作用。结果表明：灵芝合剂能明显延长小鼠的存活时间，增加单核—吞噬细胞系统的碳粒廓清率，增加外周血三类血细胞计数。提示灵芝合剂具有拮抗环磷酰胺对小鼠的毒副作用的能力。
Observe whether Ganoderma lucidum mixture can antagonize the side effects of cyclophosphamide. The results showed that Ganoderma lucidum mixture can significantly prolong the survival time of mice, increase the rate of carbon particle clearance of mononuclear-phagocytic cell system, and increase the blood cell count of peripheral blood. It is suggested that Ganoderma lucidum mixture has the ability to antagonize the side effects of cyclophosphamide on mice.
