为了满足Z-箍缩物理试验对丝阵负载的需求,开展了以下几方面的研究工作:初步用熔融法拉制出直径30-100 μm的氘代聚乙烯纤维;初步在钨丝上电镀上厚约1-1.5 μm的金层;设计了具有自适应能力的丝阵负载,分别利用弹簧预压缩和橡皮筋与拉伸这两种方案,设计出了能自动适应靶室阴阳极间距动态变化的两种平面丝阵负载和四种环形丝阵负载的机构和装配方案,并且用直径5-24μm的钨丝分别制备出对应的实际丝阵负载,经测试均能满足实际应用要求。
