目的观察德安县2004年血吸虫病传播阻断后5年疫情变化。方法应用机械抽样结合环境抽样调查历史有螺环境和其他可疑环境钉螺;对常住居民、流动人群和疑似血吸虫病人,以及当地耕牛和流动家畜先行IHA法筛查,阳性者分别应用Kato-Katz法和塑料杯顶管孵化法作病原学检查。结果2005~2009年德安县历史有螺环境和可疑环境均未查获活螺,常住和流动人群以及家畜均未检出当地血吸虫感染者。结论德安县血吸虫病传播阻断后5年未见钉螺再现和当地人畜血吸虫感染,但仍应继续加强疫情监测工作。
Objective To observe the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in De’an county in 2004 after 5 years of blockage. Methods Surveys of snail and other suspicious snails were collected by mechanical sampling combined with environmental sampling. The IHA method was used to screen the resident, migrant and suspected schistosomiasis as well as the local cattle and migratory livestock. The Kato-Katz method And plastic cup tube hatching method for etiological examination. Results From 2005 to 2009, no snail was found in the historic snail environment and suspicious environment in De’an County, and no local schistosome infection was detected in the resident and mobile populations and domestic animals. Conclusions No snail reproduction and local human schistosomiasis infection were observed 5 years after the transmission of schistosomiasis in De’an County was stopped. However, surveillance of the epidemic should still be strengthened.
