企业员工流动是市场经济的体现,员工流动是多年来企业管理的一个热点问题。本文分析了国企员工流动的现状和特点,提出员工流动是市场经济发展的必然产物,合理的员工流动率有利于企业发展的观点,阐述国有企业要正确认识和理性对待员工流动,建立动态可控的员工流动机制,全面加强员工流动管理,并提出了在市场经济环境下,国有企业应怎样吸引和留住核心员工的对策,以及加强管理减少员工流动带来负面影响的应对措施。
The flow of employees is a manifestation of the market economy. Staff turnover is a hot issue in business management over the years. This paper analyzes the status quo and characteristics of employee turnover in state-owned enterprises, puts forward the view that employee turnover is an inevitable product of market economy development and reasonable employee turnover is conducive to the development of the enterprise. State-owned enterprises should correctly understand and rationally treat employee turnover and establish a dynamic controllable Employee mobility mechanism to comprehensively strengthen the management of employee turnover and put forward the countermeasures of how state-owned enterprises should attract and retain key employees in a market economy and how to strengthen the management to reduce the negative impact of employee turnover.
