我国保险消费者权益被侵犯形势严峻一、我国法院受理保险纠纷案件量呈大幅上升趋势近年来,我国保险行业发展迅猛,保险与社会公众的联系日趋紧密。然而在发展初期,许多保险公司单纯注重业务规模的扩大而忽视对保险消费者合法权益的保护,保险理赔难、销售误导的现象常常出现,保险消费纠纷数量呈直线上升。根据“3·15”晚会所收到的投诉数据,金融保险的投诉量在消费领域排名第七,“投保容易理赔难”成为了大多数消费者投诉的主要原因。
In recent years, the insurance industry in our country has developed rapidly. The connection between insurance and the public is getting closer and closer. However, in the early stage of development, many insurance companies simply focused on the expansion of their business scale while ignoring the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of insurance consumers. Insurance claims were hard to find and sales were misleading. The number of insurance consumer disputes rose linearly. According to complaints received by the party at “3 · 15”, finance and insurance complaints rank the seventh in the consumer field, making insurance easier to make claims a major reason for most consumers’ complaints.
