采用柱色谱技术,从南蛇藤根茎95%乙醇浸膏的正丁醇部分分离得到8个苷类化合物,经MS和NMR分析,分别鉴定为3-羟甲基呋喃葡萄糖苷(1),大黄素-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚葡萄糖苷(3),丁香酸葡萄糖苷(4),(1S,2S,4R)-1,8-反式桉叶素-2-O-(6-O-α-L-鼠李糖基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),pumilaside A(6),3,4-二甲氧基苯酚-(6-O-α-L-鼠李糖基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚-(6-O-α-L-鼠李糖基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)。化合物1、2、4、5、6、7和8为首次从南蛇藤中得到,其中化合物2为首次从南蛇藤属植物中报道的蒽醌类化合物。
Eight glycosides were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of 95% ethanol extract of Rhodiola sachalinensis by column chromatography. The compounds were identified as 3-hydroxymethylglucopylucoside (1), rhubarb (2), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol glucoside (3), syringyl glucoside (4), (1S, 2S, 4R) -1, Trans-eucalyptol-2-O- (6-O-α-L-rhamnosyl) -β-D-glucoside (5), pumilaside A (6), 3,4- (6-O-α-L-rhamnosyl) -β-D-glucoside (7), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol- Glycosyl) -β-D-glucoside (8). Compounds 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 were obtained from Celastrus orbiculatus for the first time. Among them, compound 2 was the first anthraquinone reported from Celastrus.
